Enzyme Lab

You are to design and conduct an experiment on enzyme activity. Select an enyzme (follow class discussion), collect quantitative data, and reach a conclusion. When completed, your lab group is to put together a blog with the following components:
1. Hypothesis
2. Explain procedures of experiment
3. Data, including at least one graph
4. Conclusions, including an explaination of your results (did it fit your expectation? support hypothesis?)

Blog will be checked on Nov 4th, Election Day.
